The "Power-User" Suite: Bulk Alignment

The most efficient way to manage a professional schedule is to combine Selection Logic with Keyboard Commands.

The Bulk-Assignment Workflow

Instead of assigning resources one by one, use this "Power Move":

  1. Select the Range: Click the triple-dot of the first task, hold Shift, and click the triple-dot of the last task in a phase.
  2. Copy the Value: Select a cell with the desired resource or date and press Ctrl/Cmd + C.
  3. Bulk Paste: With the range still selected, press Ctrl/Cmd + V.

Result: The selected value is applied to all tasks in the range simultaneously. This is the fastest way to align a project phase to a single resource or a shared deadline.

Rapid Navigation

  • Ctrl/Cmd + Click: Select non-adjacent tasks to perform bulk edits on specific critical path items.
  • Shift + Click: Select a contiguous block of tasks for phase-level shifts.
